Standard POP3 / IMAP Settings
incoming server (pop3/imap) = mail.yourdomain.com
outgoing server (smtp) = mail.yourdomain.com
server requires authentication = yes
username = your full email address
alternate smtp port = 366 (if your ISP blocks port 25)
Outlook Express
Click on Tools > Accounts > Aadd > Mail (in the box that pops up)
Follow the instructions presented to you.
Incoming mail server is POP3, and is called mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server is SMTP, and is called mail.yourdomain.com
Your username is username@yourdomain.com
Your password is in your setup email (unless you have subsequently changed it)
Click 'Finish'

Backup MX Record with Spam Filter
We can provide a backup Mx record for your in-house email server. If your server is ever down, our server will collect your incoming emails and deliver them once your server comes back up. As an added bonus, most spam emails are delivered to secondary mx records in an attempt to bypass your spam filter - but our server provides a spam filter that catches most of the junk before it ever reaches your server.
