Kuhnline.com offers advanced email hosting services that are excellent for small businesses or individuals who want professional and affordable email. Our email hosting solutions are ideal for businesses that do not have the expertise or the funds to maintain their own email servers, but need more than the big phone company's service can offer. 

Junk Email (SPAM) Filtering

Our email server features Spam Assassin – an advanced junk mail filtering engine. All suspected junk mail is sent to your SPAM folder so that you can review it for accuracy. No mail is deleted without your knowledge. In trials, the filtering is over 95% effective.

If messages are incorrectly detected as SPAM, you can prevent this by adding the sender of the message to your Address Book. Messages from people in your address book will never be filtered.

To add an address to your address book: 

1. Open the message using World Client (mail.yourdomain.com) 
2. Click the Address Book icon on the toolbar to add the sender to your address book.

Email Virus Protection

Most viruses are spread via email.  We find it appalling that some email service providers do not scan for viruses. They are the reason that viruses are able to spread around the world.

As a Kuhnline.com customer, all emails that you receive are scanned for viruses by our servers before you ever see them. This helps prevent your computer from becoming infected with a virus.

We also scan all outgoing emails to prevent virus-infected emails from being sent out.

Our servers are updated hourly to keep up with new virus threats.

Web Email

Access your email from any internet-connected computer with just your internet browser. Account management is also done through the web email portal.

This tool is perfect for mobile staff and users who do not have a dedicated machine from which to access their email. WorldClient is equipped with a complete suite of email client features: send and receive email, spellcheck messages, manage your email in multiple personal folders, display the interface in any of 18 languages, schedule meetings and appointments with group Calendar & Scheduling features, manage your email account settings, manage contacts, and more.

You can access your email from any internet-connected computer by pointing your browser to:

mail.<your domain name>.com or mail.kuhnline.com

enter your full email address and password at the logon screen

Web Email Calendar

Each mailbox also includes a calendar that can be accessed via the World Client web email console.  Schedule reminders to help keep you on-time for appointments.

Your calendar can be shared with other people in your company by simply right-clicking the calendar in the web email and setting the permissions.  You can email appointments to other users and the appointments will appear in their calendars.

In addition to personal calendars, each Domain includes a Company Calendar that is shared by all email users in the company.

Unlimited Email Aliases

Example: your name is Bob. Your email address is bob@yourdomain.com. You want to be the person at your company to receive resumes. You can set up an alias of resumes@yourdomain.com on your account so that mail sent to either address will go to your Inbox.

Email Forwarding

Forward your incoming messages to another email address or to your Blackberry or mobile device.  Pick up messages from other POP3 email accounts and forward them to your new Inbox.

Email Distribution Lists

Email Distribution Lists (or Listserv) are available for each domain that you host. 

Once a list is set up, users can automatically Subscribe or Unsubscribe to the list by sending a message to the listserver account.

* yourdomain.com should be replaced by your actual domain name.

Domain Registration

You must have a registered Domain name to use our Email Hosting service. You can register your domain name with any accredited registrar but you must have your DNS configured with the Primary Mx record pointed to our mail servers.  We'll set this up for you when we configure your account.
