What is DocPortal?

DocPortal is a web-based document management system.  It allows secure and easy access to your company's valuable information.  It is the perfect solution for making information available to remote workers.  It also works great as a company Intranet - the perfect way to display your company handbook.

DocPortal includes a complete User Management system to configure users and passwords.  Every document and folder can have distinct permissions set to allow only a select group of users to view them if needed.

What types of files can be used?

The default documents are typed into a text box and automatically coded and saved in HTML format.  You also have the option to upload files of any type, such as Word, Excel, or .JPG files.  All documents will be catalogued with a Name and Description so they can be easily located.
