2. You send an email to request remote support service and specify the preferred time of your support session. (Existing customers may call us directly.)
3. We call you at the scheduled time to help you.
4. You Download the Remote Support Tool to your desktop and double-click it to run it.
5. We connect to your computer.
6. You watch as we fix your computer. You can see as we move the mouse. We may even ask you to take over control and demonstrate the problem you are having.
7. When we are finished, you close the Remote Support software on your computer to end the support session. We cannot access your computer unless you initiate a new session. This puts you in control of your computer at all times.
