Officescan 10 Login Problem
After an upgrade to Trend Micro Officescan 10, you may find that you can’t log into the web console. It prompts for a username and password. It hints that Active Directory users should log in as domainusername.
The key piece of missing information is that no domain account is actually valid. The correct username is root. Use this along with your previous password and you can log in.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to set up Active Directory users with login permissions. This is done under Administration.
